Summer Internship Program 2026: Reunion and Sharing Session

Hong Kong Life Sciences Society (HKLSS) held the Closing Ceremony and Reunion and Sharing Session of its 8th Life Sciences Summer Internship Program on 8 August. 60 interns selected from a record-breaking pool of over 1,000 applications completed their 7-week Summer Internship Program at 30 HKLSS partner companies across Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai. 

After the Closing Ceremony in the morning was the Reunion and Sharing Session to reflect and exchange learning outcomes. Participant representatives from the earlier Wuxi-Shanghai Study Tour and GBA-Shanghai Study Tour shared their observations; and our interns presented their experiences according to their base locations. They offered insights into different work environments and cultures, and their own stories including how they tackled real challenges under the guidance of industry veterans.
