GREAT YOUNG MENTORS (GYM) INITIATIVE

This GYM initiative pairs mentees in their first or second year of undergraduate study with HKLSS mentee/intern alums aged 30 and below. HKLSS makes sure that our young mentors are great enough to share their challenges and experience as young people, offering their mentees a “peer” lens to view their concerns, possible solutions, and career options.

HKLSS' objective is to encourage conversation, co-learning and well-being while simultaneously creating space for them to explore innovative and collaborative ways of solving issues they have been facing.

Applicants in their first or second year will automatically be considered for GYM.
