In this workshop, Hong Kong Beer Co. instructors will guide the participants through every stage of the brewing and tasting process, explaining the steps and the principle behind it.

Previous Workshop Highlights
The “Exploring Craft Beer Brewing Process” workshop was held on 23 June 2021. The instructors from Hong Kong Beer Co., Mr Phillip Rankmore, Head Brewer and Ms Mariana Zavagna Witt, Quality Assurance Specialist, guided the participants through every stage of the brewing and tasting process, explained the steps and the principle behind. The participants received a complementary tasting kit with 5 craft beers and a beer glass. They tasted different types of craft beers during the workshop.
